Frequently Asked Questions
-
Do I need to make an appointment?YES PLEASE! We do recommend booking an appointment with us as we are a small boutique with only three changing rooms. The appiontment slots are for an hour but if you need more time please book another slot. Week days are generally quieter so we do accept walk ins but we do still advise calling before travelling to us.

Who can I bring to my appointment? We ask anyone under the age of 18 to ensure you have either a parent/guardian that is over the age of 18 with them. The dresses we stock are expensive and we do not feel comfortable selling to a minor. We also ask to only bring a max of 2 people as the store isnt big enough to cater to more. If you would like to bring a party of more than 2, please contact beforehand and we can try our best to accommodate.
-
Can I Place An Order?Come and try some of our dresses. If we don't have the size or colour you require we can order in what you need. Dresses not in stock are subject to our suppliers lead times which may be two to four weeks from the initial order. Orders can take up to 4-8 weeks to arrive, somethings a couple of months as our suppliers are all international that require time and customs charges so please keep aware of that when wanting a direct order.

Payment & ShippingWe can ship anywhere Worldwide (charges may apply) and we are able to take deposits for dresses

When should I start looking for my prom dress? You're never too early! Prom season starts the end of may however we recommened people come bewteen November to March. Not only get full advantage of our payment plan scheme but to also get the first pick of style for your school. We will never sell the same dress, even in a different colour, once purchased to your school. So once the popular trend has been scooped up for your school nobody else can have it, so we encourage people to come with loads of time. Another reason we recommend coming early is because we sell 'off the peg' and have hundreds of dresses is all sorts of styles, sizes and budgets. However we offer custom orders direct from the suppliers and this can takes a couple of months. If you're wanting to go down that route you will need plenty of time.
-
What should I avoid before my appointment? Please come to your appointment squeaky clean, with minimal makeup and with NO fake tan products on. We will refuse your appointment if our dresses are at risk of being discoloured from the use of tanning products. It’s really important to us that our dresses are kept in pristine condition for all of our customers.
-
Will anyone be able to help me in and out of the dresses?Of course! We are here to help you throughout your whole appointment. Someone will be near the changing room throughout your appointment helping you in and out of the dresses. The dresses are quite tricky to manage on your own and we will never expect you to do it alone! Our team here are extremely helpful and will even help pick out a dress if you're too nervous or unsure what to try on.
-
Can I take photographs during my appointments?YES! Of course you can! We encourage everyone to take pictures as we offer a holding scheme of 24hours where if you cannot make your mind up. We do not pressure you and will allow a max of 3 dresses placed on a 24hr hold without a deposit. So you will need the photos to refer back to. Also if you cant decide on a dress from us, you can always refer back to what styles and colours you have tried.
